The All Property Home inspector, Dan Ricci, has over 30, years experience in the construction field with experience in carpentry & insulation. Dan was the General Foreman / Foreman of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant for 10 years for the Asbestos Workers Heat & frost Insulators Local #3. Dan also worked on the Tower City Project Downtown Cleveland & the Power House Project in the flats, For the Carpenters Local # 509.Dan started Oak Leaf Home Improvement Co. in 1989 till 1995 & now owns Rock Insulation Construction Co. Inc. from 1995 to present. He is also a member of SPREI, ( SOCIETY OF PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE INSPECTORS).
